Tipperary Town FET centre in collaboration with the Community Services Centre, Michael Street have secured funding to purchase a much needed defibrillator for the centre. Tipperary Community Services centre has a large foot fall through its doors on a daily basis. It is open to members of the community and is home to Tipperary Town FET centre, Tipp Midwest Radio, Citizens Information, Meals on Wheels, Turas Nua as well as the many community groups who gather here. Defibrillator training was provided for all members of staff in the building in case of emergency.
This is a wonderful addition to the town.
