Positive Ageing Week

Tipperary Town Library

Tipperary Town Library will host a series of events from Monday 29th September to Friday 2nd October for Positive Ageing Week.

  • Monday 29th September from 11:15am – Osteoarthritis Education Session with Chartered Physiotherapist, Mairead Power (UPMC Aut Even Hospital)
  • Every Monday from 10 am – Monday Weekly Mobility Class. Use it or lose it.
  • Tuesday 30th September from 7pm – Trad Session with Blackthorn Trad
  • Wednesday 1st October from 12pm – Community Services Information Session – Task, Citizen Information, Muinitr na Tire, Lions Club, Community Guard, Circle of Friends, Community Centre
  • Wednesday 1st October from 11am – Chair Zumba with Eimear Byrne
  • Thursday 2nd October from 10:30am – Craft Group
  • Thursday 2nd October – Table quiz (Day Care Centre)
  • Friday 2nd October from 10:30am- Board Games with Aidan Ryan
