My Tasty Peanut Butter, Great Taste Winner 2023

Congratulations to local Tipperary food suppliers My Tasty and Ayle Farm on their wins at this years Guild of Fine Foods, Great Taste Awards 2023.

My Tasty, a family owned business, run by Myriam and Barry Quinn, based in Tipperary Town have retained their prestigious 2 star silver medal for their My… Pecan Butter. Less than 10% of the 14,000 products judged are awarded 2-stars. This was also the only pecan butter to win an award. Myriam and Barry have recently launched their MyTasty Street Food truck too, which can be found every Friday in the Market Yard in Tipperary Town.

Ayle Farm, another family business, run by Peter and Lorraine Randall just outside Tipperary Town in Ayle, have also retained their bronze award for their delicious homemade Granola! Ayle Farm have a range of delicious products including homemade jams, chutneys, sauces and preserves.

In all there were 23 products awarded stars for County Tipperary, with James Whelan Butchers taking an impressive 12 awards, O’Donnell’s Crisps three awards, Dunnes Stores 2 awards, and with one award each, Feigherys Farm, Cooleeney Cheese, Blanco Nino, and Cashel Blue Cheese.
