Join artist Chelsea Canavan to see just how much fun drawing can be. This workshop is for children and their grandparent / older adult to work together using their imaginations and observation skills to experiment with art materials and drawing tools. The workshop will involve children and adults making art together in activities such as collaborative drawing or taking a line for a walk. No experience or skill is necessary and there will be no such thing as “bad drawing”. This will be a playful session that allows for the joy of self-expression for all ages.
Artist Information
Chelsea Canavan is a multidisciplinary artist interested in human shared experiences. She collaborates with other artists and groups on issues that are affecting them. Originally from Michigan in the USA, Chelsea is now based close to Limerick City. She works in schools, hospitals and community settings on a range of creative projects encouraging people to express themselves and to experiment with art techniques and materials.
