Gong Sound Therapy Sessions with Maria Minguella for parent/s, guardian/s and young people aged 12 to 18 years old in Canon Hayes – The Studio, in Tipperary Town. Thursday the 20th and 27th of July and Thursday the 3rd and 10th of August from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
This will be a seated therapy session. Come and experience together a sound journey that will relax you and have a healing effect. Enjoy being immersed by the incredible sound of the gongs, and take this sound journey to heal, focus and release tension.
Parent/s or guardian/s to sign written permission on the day of registration.
Please, arrive ten minutes before it starts to allow for registration. Check-in at reception.
Parent/s or guardian/s to let teacher know of any injuries and health issues /concerns of both themselves and or child/children/young person/s, prior to starting the class and on registration.
Please bring with you a cushion and a blanket, for each person. There will be some there, but not enough for everyone.
